About
Katherine Han is originally from California where she lived with her parents, older sister, and dog Julie. She has a strong interest in generating value in society through creative thought. In tune with this passion, she has created artwork, founded her high school's chapter of Future Business Leaders of America, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the school's award-winning newspaper. Her interest in learning a framework that she could use to approach the world led her to study Economics and Health Policy in college. Outside of her courses, Katherine has served as Director of her university's consulting group, and has worked with a strategy consulting firm. Over the summers, she has expanded her knowledge of the world by opening a Japanese sushi restaurant, working with a microfinance institute, and interning at a management consulting firm. After 16 years of education, she still holds onto her childhood belief that creative thought is the key to creating value in society and improving the qualities of individuals' lives. Katherine likes drawing, running, baking molten chocolate cakes and tiramisus, taking photographs, traveling, and reading.
